To confirm your tour with Capybara Safari, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost (for Tanzania Lodging Safari) is required at the time of booking, and 10% as a confirmation amount for Kilimanjaro climbers and other tours other than lodge safaris.

This notice constitutes part of your contract with Capybara Safari Ltd. Capybara Safari Ltd acts solely as an agent for the client in all matters relating to tours and therefore shall not be responsible for any breach of contract or failure to comply with laws.
Capybara Safari Ltd shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with the inherent risks of sporting or adventure activities, climatic conditions, accidents or illness, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, social or labor unrest, local laws, abnormal conditions, acts of God, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions beyond the control of the travel agent. Travelers are warned of these risks, as well as potential travel industry bankruptcies and medical or climatic disruptions, and the possibility that travelers may be unable to travel as scheduled due to personal emergencies.
Capybara Safari Ltd does not guarantee any supplier’s rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects. Travelers assume full responsibility for checking and verifying all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements for each destination, as well as safety and security conditions during the travel period.
Travelers’ payment for and retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above terms and an agreement to convey this information to their travel companions or group members. By embarking on their travel, travelers voluntarily assume all risks involved, whether expected or unexpected, and agree to release and hold Capybara Safari Ltd, along with its agents, employees, officers, directors, associates, affiliated companies, and subcontractors, harmless from any and all liabilities, actions, claims, or demands related to the trip or any activities arranged by the travel agent.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers to cover unforeseen issues such as cancellations, interruptions, delays, lost/stolen/damaged travel documents and personal property, medical expenses, and emergency transportation.
